Casimba Casino UK is managed by White Hat Gaming Limited under Gambling Commission account number 52894, with casimba.com listed as a White Label website connected to the operator. Its strongest areas are its large casino library, useful search and provider filters, clear four-stage registration journey and extensive safer gambling controls. More than 3,000 slots were visible in the reviewed lobby, the public live casino displayed 109 games and financial-limit selection appeared before account creation. Casimba’s Funds Policy also places Great Britain customer balances in the Gambling Commission’s medium-protection category.
The main weaknesses are slow withdrawals, restrictive promotional conditions and poor public feedback. Every cash-out remains under review for at least two working days before payment-provider delivery begins, after which standard bank transfers can take another seven to ten business days. Welcome spins expire after 72 hours and their winnings are capped at £100, while Casimba’s Trustpilot profile displayed 1.4/5 from 399 reviews during our July 2026 check. White Hat Gaming’s current Gambling Commission actions page showed no recorded action, although its £1.3 million settlement in 2020 involving four other websites remains relevant operator-level history rather than enforcement against Casimba.
Casimba Casino at a glance
Casimba is strongest for game choice, straightforward navigation, clear registration and detailed player controls. Medium customer-fund protection and withdrawable free-spin winnings are positives, but slow payouts, poor public feedback and restrictive promotional conditions keep the overall rating at 3.9/5.
Best suited to
- Players wanting thousands of slots and a sizeable live casino

- Players wanting financial-limit selection during registration
- Mobile-browser users who prefer access without installing an app
Important drawbacks
- Every withdrawal has at least a two-working-day internal review
- Standard bank delivery can take another seven to ten business days
- Trustpilot displayed 1.4/5 from 399 reviews
- Welcome spins expire after 72 hours and winnings are capped at £100
- Apple and Android app-store feedback differed considerably
Evidence level
Direct checks: Registration, desktop and mobile-browser navigation, casino lobbies, app listings and human support.
Primary sources: UKGC records, bonus terms, payment and KYC information, Funds Policy and complaint procedure.
Player feedback: Trustpilot and app-store ratings, review distribution and recurring service themes.
01How We Tested Casimba Casino UK
Players Time reviewed Casimba Casino UK in July 2026 using the following checks:
- Licence and operator: Checked White Hat Gaming Limited’s Gambling Commission account, the Casimba domain record and the operator’s regulatory history.
- Registration and usability: Opened all four visible registration stages and tested the public desktop casino, search, categories and mobile-browser navigation.
- Payments, KYC and support: Spoke directly with human adviser Heidi during a conversation lasting approximately 30 minutes. She confirmed payment methods, minimum amounts, withdrawal stages, accepted verification documents and normal document-review times.
- Bonuses and rewards: Checked the welcome free spins, second-deposit bonus, wagering rules, expiry periods, winnings cap, loyalty programme and Spin & Roar promotion.
- Games, RTP and jackpots: Reviewed the casino categories, provider range, live casino, jackpot lobby and available RTP and RNG information.
- Mobile experience: Tested the public mobile-browser casino and reviewed the Apple App Store and Google Play listings.
- Player protection and customer funds: Reached the financial-limit stage during registration and reviewed Casimba’s safer gambling controls and medium-protection Funds Policy.
- Feedback and complaints: Reviewed Casimba’s Trustpilot profile, rating distribution, recurring player themes, internal complaint stages and eCOGRA ADR route.
Testing limitations: We did not complete registration, create an account, pass identity verification, access an authenticated cashier, upload documents, deposit, place a real-money wager, request a withdrawal, install a native app, activate a safer gambling tool or submit a complaint. Payment, KYC and payout details were confirmed through human support and published policies rather than funded-account testing.

02Personal Experience
Casimba’s orange, black and safari-inspired design gives the site more personality than many white-label casinos. Promotions, Casino, Live Casino and Sports were clearly separated in the main navigation, and the public lobby used search, provider filters and shortcuts for new games, jackpots, Megaways titles and popular suppliers to organise what would otherwise be a very large and potentially overwhelming library.
The registration journey was one of the stronger parts of our test. Account details, personal information, financial-limit selection and final consent appeared on separate screens, so the process never felt overloaded. The desktop and mobile casinos were also straightforward to browse, although large promotional banners and small-print offer conditions made some screens feel crowded and pushed the game lobby further down the page on mobile.

Support connected us directly to human adviser Heidi rather than placing us with a chatbot first. Her final answers about payments, withdrawals, verification documents and normal review times were detailed and useful, but the conversation lasted around 30 minutes and included several noticeable pauses while she checked the information. This was a better experience than receiving a quick but incomplete answer, although it was not especially efficient.
Casimba Casino Trustpilot Rating
Trustpilot ratings are shown as public user-review signals and are not a replacement for our editorial casino score. We record each brand’s Trustpilot score and review count at the time of our latest data check, then use this information as one reputation signal alongside licensing, payments, complaints, bonus terms, player protection, and support quality.
| Brand name | Reviews | TP scoreTrustpilot Score is a rating based on customer reviews submitted on Trustpilot, giving users an indication of how players rate their experience with a brand. The score can reflect factors such as service quality, payment experience, support, and overall satisfaction, but it should be considered alongside other review criteria. Since Trustpilot ratings are user-generated and can change over time, they may not always fully represent the current quality or reliability of a casino. |

04How We Rated Casimba Casino
We rated Casimba using the Players Time UK casino methodology, which gives the greatest weight to licensing, player protection, KYC clarity, payment reliability, payout speed, bonus fairness and game integrity. Casimba performed particularly well for its large game range, clear registration journey, extensive safer gambling controls and medium customer-fund protection. Search and category filters also made the public casino easy to browse, while the live casino displayed 109 games during our review.
The largest deductions relate to withdrawals, promotional restrictions and public reputation. Every cash-out remains under review for at least two working days before payment-provider delivery begins, welcome-spin winnings are capped at £100 and the spins expire after 72 hours. Casimba’s Trustpilot profile displayed 1.4/5, with 79% of the submitted reviews rated one star, while the Google Play listing showed a much weaker rating than the Apple version.

05Who Operates Casimba Casino?
Casimba combines an online casino and sportsbook under the same safari-themed brand, with slots, table games, live dealer titles, jackpots, loyalty rewards and regular promotions available through the same website. For customers in Great Britain, the service is managed by White Hat Gaming Limited, a Malta-registered company with registration number C73232 and a registered office at 85 St John Street, Valletta, VLT 1165, Malta.
White Hat Gaming operates the Great Britain service under Gambling Commission account number 52894. The operator is responsible for player accounts, registration, identity and financial checks, payment processing, safer gambling controls, customer-fund arrangements, support and complaints. This operator-level role is important because Casimba itself is a brand using White Hat Gaming’s licensed infrastructure rather than a separately licensed British gambling company.
How We Separated Great Britain-Specific, Brand-Level and Operator-Level Evidence
- Great Britain-specific evidence: We used the Gambling Commission licence and domain records, Great Britain registration journey, support answers, payment information and customer-fund policy for conclusions about the UK service.
- Casimba brand evidence: We used Casimba’s public casino, promotions, Trustpilot profile, app-store listings and complaint procedure for findings about the brand experience.
- White Hat Gaming evidence: We used operator-level information for ownership, licensing, regulatory history and controls that can apply across the wider White Hat Gaming network.
- International evidence: International company or licence information was treated as background only and was not used to assume that Great Britain players receive the same promotions, payments or complaint arrangements.
06Great Britain Licence
The Gambling Commission business record lists White Hat Gaming Limited under account number 52894, with active permission to provide remote casino gambling. The regulator’s domain record also lists www.casimba.com as a White Label website connected to the operator, confirming that Casimba uses White Hat Gaming’s licence rather than holding a separate account in the brand’s own name.
The licence covers eligible customers in England, Scotland and Wales and requires White Hat Gaming Limited to follow British rules covering age and identity checks, anti-money-laundering controls, safer gambling, customer interaction, game integrity, customer funds and complaint handling. The licence confirms that Casimba can legally serve eligible Great Britain players, but it should still be considered alongside the operator’s payment record, complaint history and the practical experience offered by the casino.
07Where Casimba Casino Is Available
Casimba is available to eligible adults in Great Britain through White Hat Gaming Limited’s Gambling Commission licence. Services offered in other countries may use a different licence, legal entity, website version, payment range or promotional offer.

The country list shows general brand availability and should not be interpreted as confirmation that Casimba accepts every resident under the same Great Britain licence. Players should check the registration page and applicable terms for their location.
08Location and Account Eligibility Restrictions
Casimba can restrict registration or account access because of a player’s country, age, identity, sanctions status, self-exclusion record, existing account or payment-method ownership. The appearance of a country in the registration selector does not necessarily mean that every resident is accepted under the same licence, promotion or payment conditions, so players should check the applicable terms before creating an account.
Players should not use a VPN, false address or different personal details to bypass a location or eligibility restriction because this can lead to failed verification, account closure, cancelled bonuses or delayed withdrawals. Great Britain customers with an active Casimba self-exclusion or GAMSTOP registration should also not attempt to open another account through Casimba or another participating White Hat Gaming brand.

09Account Opening and Verification
Casimba uses a four-stage registration process covering login details, personal information, financial-limit selection and final consent. We opened and reviewed each visible stage before the final account submission, allowing us to assess the information requested, the order of the screens and the way the site presents its mandatory terms and safer gambling choices.
- Create the login: Enter an email address, UK telephone number, username and password. The username must contain six to 20 lowercase letters or numbers without spaces, while the password must contain at least eight characters.
- Enter personal details: Provide your first name, surname, date of birth, gender and residential address. The address can be selected from the search results or entered manually.
- Choose a financial-limit type: Select a Net limit, Gross limit or the option not to set a player-selected limit at that stage. Casimba states that limits can later be changed through the account settings.
- Confirm the final terms: Review the marketing preference, GBP account currency, age declaration, Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Cookie Notice and Funds Policy before selecting Sign up.
The separate final confirmation screen makes the consent requirements easier to understand than placing every checkbox at the start of registration, while presenting the financial-limit decision before account creation is a useful safer gambling feature. Casimba may then complete electronic age and identity checks or request supporting documents before deposits or full account use are allowed. Players should therefore enter their legal name, correct date of birth and current residential address, as differences between the account information and later documents can result in additional checks or restrictions.

10KYC and Source-of-Funds Checks
Casimba can carry out checks covering age, identity, address, payment ownership, anti-money-laundering requirements and safer gambling. The Gambling Commission explains why licensed casinos require age and identity evidence and why operators may also ask about a player’s finances. These checks can take place during registration, while an account is active or before a withdrawal is approved.
During our support test, human adviser Heidi said players normally need one accepted proof of identity and one proof of address where electronic checks are insufficient. The precise request depends on the account and the reason for the review, so players should follow the instructions supplied by Casimba rather than uploading unrelated documents.
Accepted Proof of Identity
- A current passport, with the full passport number, machine-readable zone and perforated codes clearly visible
- A current photocard driving licence, showing both sides
- A current EEA member-state identity card, showing both sides
- A current identity card issued by the Electoral Office for Northern Ireland
- A UK National ID card, showing both sides
Accepted Proof of Address
- A council tax statement issued within the previous 12 months
- A tax return issued within the previous 12 months
- A bank statement issued within the previous three months
- A gas, electricity, broadband, fibre or landline bill issued within the previous three months
- A government letter issued within the previous three months
Heidi said documents can be uploaded through My Account → My Details → Upload Documents. Casimba also accepts evidence through documents@casimba.com, although the secure account upload area is the clearer option where it is available. A manual review normally takes between 24 and 48 hours after all required evidence has been received, but incomplete images, mismatched information or requests for further documents can extend the process.
Source-of-Funds and Affordability Checks
Source-of-funds and affordability reviews are handled by a specialist team, and Casimba does not provide one standard document list because the evidence depends on the player’s account activity, payment history and reason for the review. The casino contacts the player directly with its requirements, and deposits, withdrawals or account access can remain restricted until the requested information has been supplied and approved.
11Banking Methods
Human adviser Heidi confirmed that Great Britain payment methods can include Visa and Mastercard debit cards, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller and bank transfer. Paysafecard is available for deposits only, while cards, the two e-wallets and bank transfer can support both deposits and withdrawals where shown in the account. Visa and Mastercard references concern eligible debit cards because the Gambling Commission requires operators to prevent credit-card gambling in Great Britain.
Heidi confirmed a general minimum deposit of £20 and a minimum withdrawal of £20, while maximum amounts depend on the account and payment method and are displayed inside the authenticated cashier. Players should use cards, bank accounts and e-wallets held in their own name because Casimba can request proof of payment ownership before approving a deposit or withdrawal, particularly where the method or registered details do not match the casino account.

12Deposit Methods
Casimba’s human support adviser confirmed Visa and Mastercard debit cards, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller and bank transfer as available deposit methods for eligible Great Britain customers. The general minimum deposit is £20, while maximum amounts vary by account and payment route and are shown in the cashier before the transaction is submitted.
Card, Paysafecard and e-wallet deposits are normally credited soon after authorisation, whereas bank transfers can take longer because they depend on the sending and receiving banks. Casimba does not guarantee one processing time for every account or method, and a deposit can also be delayed where the bank declines the payment, further checks are required or the transaction remains pending with the provider.
Paysafecard is deposit-only, so players using it may need to add and verify another eligible method before making a withdrawal. Casimba did not confirm an operator deposit fee during our support conversation, although banks, e-wallets and other payment providers can still apply their own transaction charges or currency-conversion costs.

13Withdrawal Methods
Human adviser Heidi confirmed that Casimba has a minimum withdrawal of £20, while maximum limits depend on the account and selected method and are displayed inside the authenticated cashier. Eligible payout routes can include Visa and Mastercard debit cards, Skrill, Neteller and bank transfer. Paysafecard is available for deposits only and cannot receive withdrawals, so players who deposited through it may need another verified payment method.
Every request first enters Casimba’s internal review process and remains pending for at least two working days before it is accepted and sent to the payment provider. Once the internal stage has been completed, the following delivery estimates apply:
- Visa and Mastercard: two to three additional business days
- Skrill and Neteller: 12 to 24 additional hours
- Bank transfer: seven to ten additional business days
- Instant bank transfer: 24 to 48 additional hours where that option is available
The word “instant” describes the bank-transfer service rather than the complete Casimba withdrawal, as the minimum internal review still takes place before provider delivery begins. Identity, address, payment-ownership, affordability or source-of-funds checks can extend any of these periods, and a request can remain restricted until Casimba receives and approves the required evidence.
Casimba Casino Withdrawal Methods

14Payout Speed
Casimba withdrawals have two separate stages: the casino’s internal manual review and delivery through the selected payment provider. Human adviser Heidi confirmed that every request remains pending for at least two working days before Casimba accepts it. Only after this stage does the provider-specific delivery period begin, which means even an e-wallet withdrawal cannot be treated as a complete 12–24-hour payout.
The combined minimum is therefore approximately two working days plus another 12–24 hours for e-wallets, two working days plus another two to three business days for cards and two working days plus another seven to ten business days for standard bank transfer. These are indicative minimum totals rather than guarantees because identity, address, payment, affordability or source-of-funds checks can extend the internal review before the payment is released.
15Bonuses and Wagering
The Casimba welcome package reviewed in July 2026 had two separate stages. The first offered 50 Free Spins on Big Bass Bonanza after a qualifying deposit of at least £20 and required the player to wager at least £10 of that deposit on slots. The spins were restricted to Big Bass Bonanza and had to be used within 72 hours, making the expiry period one of the main conditions to check before depositing.

Free Spin winnings were credited as withdrawable cash without further wagering, but the total was capped at £100. The “No Wagering Requirements” headline was therefore accurate in relation to the winnings themselves, although it did not mean that the reward had no restrictions. Players still had to meet the deposit and qualifying-wager conditions, use the spins within three days and accept the maximum winnings limit.
The second-deposit reward was more restrictive. Casimba matched 50% of the qualifying deposit up to £50, with the bonus funds carrying 10x wagering, a 30-day expiry and a £5 maximum bet. Only the bonus balance counted towards wagering, so players should check which balance is active before placing a bet and avoid exceeding the permitted stake, as doing so could affect the reward or associated winnings.
Casimba Casino Welcome Bonus
| Brand | Welcome Offer |

50 Free Spins + 50% up to £50 on 2nd Deposit
New players only. Min. deposit £20. Max. bonus bet is £5. Welcome Offer is 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza on your first deposit and 50% match up to £50 on your 2nd deposit. To claim the free spins you also need to wager a minimum of £10 of your first deposit on slots. Free spins must be used within 72 hours. Winnings from free spins credited as cash funds and capped at £100. These cash funds are immediately withdrawable. Bonus funds expire in 30 days, unused bonus funds will be removed. Bonus funds are separate to Cash funds, and are subject to 10x wagering the total bonus. Only bonus funds count towards wagering contribution. Affordability checks apply. |
Casimba Loyalty Programme
Casimba awards 500 loyalty points after the first deposit and then gives points for eligible real-money wagers, although the earning rate depends on the game. Slots and scratchcards award two points for every £10 wagered, while table games such as blackjack and roulette accumulate points more slowly because they generally have different house edges and contribution rates.
Every 1,000 points can be exchanged for £5 in bonus funds, with daily redemptions ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 points. This is not direct cashback because the redeemed reward carries 10x wagering before it becomes withdrawable. Players should therefore consider the wagering condition, rather than only the headline conversion rate, when deciding whether the programme offers useful ongoing value.
Spin & Roar and Ongoing Promotions
Spin & Roar is a daily wheel-style promotion available to registered players after their first deposit. Possible prizes can include casino bonuses, spins and other account offers, but each reward is governed by its own conditions and may require another deposit, a qualifying wager or use within a limited period.
Casimba also displays changing promotions for existing customers, so the available value cannot be judged from one permanent offer alone. Players should check the expiry date, eligible games, wagering requirement, maximum bet and any winnings cap each time a reward appears rather than assuming that the welcome-offer rules apply to every later promotion.
16Games and Software Providers
Casimba has a large casino library covering slots, table games, live dealer titles and jackpots. The reviewed slot lobby displayed more than 3,000 games, while Casimba states that its wider catalogue includes content from more than 100 providers. Recognised suppliers visible across the casino included Blueprint Gaming, Evolution, Games Global, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Greentube and Thunderkick, alongside a broad selection of smaller studios.
The range includes standard video slots, Megaways and cluster-pays games, progressive jackpots, roulette, blackjack, poker and baccarat. Visible titles included Book of Dead, Starburst, Big Bass Splash, Immortal Romance, Bonanza and Gonzo’s Quest. A catalogue of this size could easily feel overwhelming, but the search field, provider shortcuts and category filters made it practical to narrow the selection by game type or supplier rather than scrolling through the complete lobby.
17Live Casino
Casimba’s public live casino lobby displayed 109 games during our July 2026 review. The page combined a search field with controls for all games, newly added tables, roulette, poker, table games, most-played content and individual providers, allowing players to narrow the selection without browsing every visible title.
Games shown during our test included Monopoly Roll ’Em Live, Mega Wheel, Gates of Olympus Roulette, Fidget Football, Money Time, Mega Roulette, Fortune Roulette, World Cup Roulette and Always 6 Blackjack. Recognised providers visible on the game cards included Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play, while large artwork and clear supplier labels made the lobby easy to scan. The persistent welcome-offer bar reduced the amount of content visible at once, but it did not prevent access to the main search and category controls.

Table limits, side bets, game rules, RTP and bonus contribution can differ between live titles, even where the games appear in the same category. Players should therefore check the information inside the selected table before joining, particularly when playing with bonus funds or choosing a game with a higher minimum stake.
18Jackpots
Casimba organises its jackpot content through an Octoplay Jackpots category and a broader Jackpots section. During our July 2026 check, the selected Jackpots category displayed 34 games, but this should not be treated as the casino’s complete jackpot total because separate Dream Drop and King Millions rows contained additional titles and their own game counts.
Visible Dream Drop games included Purrminator, God of Thunder Dream Drop, 9K Yeti Gold Dream Drop, Holy Hand Grenade and Treasure Tumble Dream Drop, while King Millions titles appeared in a separate row. The Dream Drop prize counters were displayed in euros even though the Great Britain registration journey used GBP. These appeared to be live network values, so players should check the game rules to understand the qualifying currency and how any prize would be credited or converted.

Jackpot values can change continuously, and each game can use its own qualifying stake, prize tiers, contribution rules and RTP configuration. The amount shown in the lobby is therefore a live promotional figure rather than a guaranteed prize available on every stake, and players should open the game information before wagering.
19RTP, RNG and Game Fairness
Casimba states that its slots and computer-generated table games use Random Number Generators to produce their results. The Gambling Commission’s random-outcome standard requires licensed systems to generate acceptably random and unpredictable outcomes and prevents a result from being changed after a wager has been placed.
Players can normally find a game’s return to player, or RTP, through its information, rules or help screen. RTP describes the theoretical percentage returned over a very large number of rounds and cannot predict what one player will receive during a short session. Individual games can also be supplied in more than one RTP configuration, so the figure shown inside the selected title remains the most relevant number for that game.
Casimba does not publish one current independently audited payout percentage covering its complete Great Britain casino. Players Time therefore calculated an independent estimated average theoretical RTP of 95.92% using the number of games displayed in the reviewed casino categories and an assumed average for each category.
Estimated Average RTP = ((3,218 × 95.8%) + (245 × 97.5%)) ÷ 3,463
The calculation covered 3,218 slots using an estimated category average of 95.8% and 245 other casino games using an estimated category average of 97.5%. The two averages were weighted by the number of games in each group, producing an unrounded result of approximately 95.92027%, displayed as 95.92%.
This is a Players Time game-count-weighted category estimate. It is not an operator-published casino-wide RTP, an independently audited payout percentage or a calculation based on the individual RTP of every title. The actual average could differ because games can use different RTP versions and the library can change as titles are added or removed.
Casimba Casino RTP Information
The percentage shown may be either a Players Time estimated average theoretical RTP or an independently published overall payout percentage, depending on the evidence available for the casino. The Audit column identifies the metric type, reporting period, coverage and source. Estimated theoretical RTP and historical payout percentages are different measurements and should not be compared directly.

20Mobile Casino Experience
Casimba’s mobile website retains the orange safari theme while reorganising the casino for a smaller screen. Promotions, Casino, Live Casino and Sports remained available near the top, while a fixed lower bar provided access to Sign up, Games and Menu. Horizontally scrolling category controls also gave quick access to popular games, new releases and provider collections without forcing every option into one large menu.

The page was responsive and the main controls worked well during our browser test. The largest drawback was the amount of space used by the welcome banner and responsible gambling notice at the top of the screen, which meant that players had to scroll before reaching a substantial part of the game lobby. This did not make the casino difficult to use, but it made the first mobile view feel busier than a more compact game-first design.
Apple and Android Apps
Casimba also has native listings for Apple and Android devices. The Apple App Store listing displayed 4.4/5 from 33 ratings, while Google Play showed a much lower 2.7/5 from 99 reviews and more than 10,000 downloads during our check. The difference suggests that the experience may vary by platform, although both review samples remain relatively small and the scores can change as new feedback is submitted.
21Website Usability
Casimba’s desktop site was straightforward to navigate during our direct test. Promotions, Casino, Live Casino and Sports remained visible in the main header, while the casino lobby combined game and provider search with shortcuts such as New, Pragmatic Play, Octoplay Jackpots, Jackpots, Cluster Games, Big Bass, Slot Games and Megaways. These controls helped organise the large catalogue and reduced the need to browse long rows of unrelated games.
The live casino used a similar structure, combining search with game-type, popularity and provider filters, while the mobile-browser version retained the essential navigation instead of hiding every option inside one menu. The consistent layout between casino sections made it easier to move from slots to live games or jackpots without having to learn a different interface each time.
The main usability weakness is visual density. Large welcome banners and persistent promotional bars take up substantial space, particularly on mobile and within the live casino and jackpot lobbies, while some important conditions appear in small text beneath promotional headlines. Casimba’s safer gambling policy also contains useful information but is presented as a long text page with limited visual organisation, making it less approachable than a shorter card-based overview.
22Responsible Gambling Tools
Casimba provides financial limits, game-time reminders, temporary breaks, scheduled access restrictions and self-exclusion for Great Britain players. Financial limits can be selected during registration and changed later through the account settings, with daily limits covering a rolling 24-hour period, weekly limits covering seven days and monthly limits covering 28 days. Reductions take effect immediately, while an increase is delayed for 24 hours and must be confirmed before becoming active.
Our registration test confirmed that Casimba asks players to choose between a Net limit, Gross limit or no player-selected limit before the account is created. The page explains that the selection can be changed later, and Casimba also offers a game-time reminder that displays how long the player has been logged in. The reminder can begin after one minute, although it applies to the active session and may need to be selected again after logging out.
Temporary breaks range from 24 hours to six weeks and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. The Clock-Off tool can block account access at selected times or on particular days, while Payday Time-Out creates a recurring restriction around a chosen payday. These options provide more flexibility than a single generic time-out because they allow players to target the periods when they are most concerned about gambling.
Self-exclusion periods range from six months to five years, and Casimba states that an exclusion may also apply across accounts within the wider White Hat Gaming network, with the longest active period taking priority. Great Britain players can also register with GAMSTOP and access the independent support organisations and gambling-blocking tools listed by Casimba.
23Customer Fund Protection
Casimba’s Funds Policy states that Great Britain customer balances receive medium protection. White Hat Gaming Limited holds customer money separately from its normal business accounts and says arrangements are in place for assets held in those customer accounts to be distributed to players if the operator becomes insolvent.
This provides more protection than basic segregation alone because the policy includes additional insolvency arrangements. It does not, however, guarantee that every balance would be returned in full under all circumstances, so the section should describe the protection as medium rather than implying that player funds are completely risk-free.

| Additional insolvency arrangements? | Yes |
| Full repayment guaranteed? | No |

24Customer Support
Casimba provides a Help Centre, email support and live chat, which the website advertises as available 24/7. The chat opened with a short form requesting our name, email address and whether the enquiry concerned the casino or sportsbook, after which we were connected directly to human adviser Heidi without first passing through an automated chatbot.
The conversation lasted approximately 30 minutes and included several pauses while Heidi checked the requested information. Her final response was detailed and covered Great Britain payment methods, £20 deposit and withdrawal minimums, internal withdrawal stages, accepted identity and address documents and normal manual-review times. The direct access to a human adviser and the quality of the final answer were clear positives, even though the process was slower than expected.

Heidi could not provide one standard source-of-funds document list or confirm the formal customer-fund category because those questions required a specialist team or the published Funds Policy. We also did not identify telephone support. The service was therefore useful for practical account questions, but the long pauses and need to consult separate sources for specialist matters prevent it from matching the strongest support experiences in our reviews.

25Complaints and ADR
Players who disagree with a payment, bonus, verification, account restriction or safer gambling decision should clearly tell Casimba that they are making a formal complaint. The message should explain the disputed decision, include the relevant dates and amounts and be supported by copies of chat transcripts, emails, payment records, bonus terms, verification requests and account messages where available.
- Contact Customer Support: A support host reviews the issue and attempts to resolve it.
- Request a team-leader review: An unresolved complaint can be escalated for a further internal assessment.
- Escalate to the Complaints Team: The final internal stage assigns a Case ID and records the matter as a formal complaint or gambling dispute.
- Refer an eligible dispute to ADR: After the internal process ends or remains unresolved for eight weeks, an eligible gambling dispute can be referred for independent review.
Casimba says it aims to resolve complaints within 28 days, although a complex case can take up to eight weeks. eCOGRA provides Alternative Dispute Resolution for eligible unresolved gambling disputes after the casino’s internal process has been completed. Players should retain the final response or Case ID because it can help establish whether the internal procedure has ended.
The operator’s current Gambling Commission actions page showed no recorded action when checked in July 2026. A separate Gambling Commission announcement records a £1.3 million settlement in 2020 concerning anti-money-laundering and social-responsibility failings at Grand Ivy, 21 Casino, Hello Casino and Dream Vegas. Casimba was not one of the named websites, so the case is relevant to White Hat Gaming’s operator-level history but should not be presented as direct enforcement against Casimba.
26Final Verdict
Casimba offers a large and easy-to-browse casino with recognised software providers, clear registration stages and extensive player controls. Its search and category filters made the game library manageable, the public live casino displayed 109 games and the mobile website retained the main navigation without becoming difficult to use. Financial-limit selection during registration and medium customer-fund protection are also meaningful positives for Great Britain players.
The main weaknesses are slow withdrawals, restrictive promotional rules and poor public feedback. Every cash-out has at least a two-working-day internal review before payment-provider delivery begins, welcome spins expire after 72 hours and their winnings are capped at £100, while the Trustpilot profile displayed 1.4/5 from 399 reviews during our check. Casimba is most suitable for players who prioritise game choice and detailed account controls over rapid payouts or simple promotions. Players Time rates Casimba Casino at 3.9/5.
