UK casino safety updates and regulatory action

Follow UKGC licence suspensions, enforcement action and regulatory changes that may affect casino players in Great Britain.

UKGC suspends BresBet and Bet St George licences

The Gambling Commission suspended both operating licences while reviewing suspected social-responsibility and anti-money-laundering failures. The suspensions do not prevent either operator from allowing customers to access their accounts and withdraw funds. Both were told to treat consumers fairly and keep them informed.

Complaint process

How to escalate a casino complaint in Great Britain

Players Time can review your evidence and seek an operator response, while helping you understand the formal operator, ADR and regulatory routes.

Start the operator’s formal complaint

Contact the casino through its published complaints channel. State the dates, disputed amount, relevant account details and the resolution you want.

Submit your evidence to Players Time

Give us the complaint timeline, operator correspondence, payment records and the terms or bonus conditions relevant to the dispute.

We review and seek a response

We organise the evidence, identify missing information and, where appropriate, invite the casino to explain its position or provide an update.

We explain the outcome

You receive updates and a clear explanation of the final case status, including any next step available to you.

Players Time provides independent complaint support and mediation. It is not the Gambling Commission, a court or an approved ADR provider. Players in Great Britain must normally complete the operator’s complaints procedure before using its named ADR provider. We cannot compel an operator to participate or pay a disputed amount.
Editorial Standards

How Players Time reviews UK casinos

Every UK casino review follows the same weighted framework. We examine the UKGC licence and operating entity, GBP payments, withdrawals and KYC, customer-fund protection, bonus fairness, game and RTP transparency, mobile usability, support, safer-gambling controls and complaint or ADR information. We clearly label evidence as direct testing, support-confirmed, operator-published, regulator-confirmed or wider player evidence.
