The Gambling Commission business record lists White Hat Gaming Limited under account number 52894, with active permission to provide remote casino gambling. The regulator’s domain record also lists www.casimba.com as a White Label website connected to the operator. Casimba therefore operates under White Hat Gaming’s licence.

The licence covers eligible customers in England, Scotland and Wales. 09Account Opening and Verification

Casimba uses a four-stage registration process. We opened and reviewed each visible stage before final submission, checking the information requested and how the site presented its terms and safer gambling choices.

10KYC and Source-of-Funds Checks

Casimba can check a player’s age, identity and address, as well as payment ownership. It can also carry out anti-money-laundering and safer gambling checks. Source-of-Funds and Affordability Checks

A specialist team handles source-of-funds and affordability reviews. There is no standard document list: the evidence depends on account activity, payment history and the reason for the review. 13Withdrawal Methods

Casimba’s minimum withdrawal is £20, with maximums shown in the authenticated cashier for the account and selected method. Eligible payout options can include Visa and Mastercard debit cards, plus bank transfer. Skrill and Neteller can also receive withdrawals. Paysafecard cannot, so players who deposited through it may need another verified method.

14Payout Speed

Allow for both stages when assessing Casimba’s payout speed: internal manual review and payment-provider delivery. Heidi confirmed that every request remains pending for at least two working days before acceptance. Even the 12-24-hour e-wallet estimate starts only after that review.

E-wallets have the shortest quoted delivery time, followed by cards at two to three additional business days. Standard bank transfers take another seven to ten business days after review. None of these estimates guarantees an arrival date, as verification or financial checks can delay release of the payment.

15Bonuses and Wagering

The welcome package reviewed in July 2026 had two stages. The first offered 50 Free Spins on Big Bass Bonanza after a qualifying deposit of at least £20 and a wager of at least £10 from that deposit on slots. The spins could only be used on Big Bass Bonanza and expired after 72 hours.

Free-spin winnings were credited as withdrawable cash without further wagering, up to a £100 cap. The “No Wagering Requirements” headline applied to those winnings; players still had to meet the deposit and qualifying-wager conditions before receiving the spins.

Casimba’s public live casino lobby displayed 109 games during our July 2026 review. Alongside search, there were filters for all games, newly added tables and most-played titles. Players could also browse roulette, poker and table-game categories, or filter by provider.

Table limits, side bets and game rules can differ between live titles. RTP and bonus contribution also vary, even within the same category. Check the selected table’s information before joining, particularly when using bonus funds or choosing a game with a higher minimum stake.

18Jackpots

Casimba has an Octoplay Jackpots category and a broader Jackpots section. During our July 2026 check, the selected Jackpots category displayed 34 games. That was not the complete jackpot total: separate Dream Drop and King Millions rows contained additional titles and their own game counts.

Visible Dream Drop games included Purrminator, God of Thunder Dream Drop and 9K Yeti Gold Dream Drop. Holy Hand Grenade and Treasure Tumble Dream Drop were also shown, with King Millions titles in a separate row. Dream Drop prize counters were displayed in euros, despite the Great Britain registration process using GBP. These appeared to be live network values, so check the game rules for the qualifying currency and how prizes would be credited or converted.

Each jackpot game can have its own qualifying stake, prize tiers and contribution rules, as well as its own RTP configuration. The changing lobby amount is not a guaranteed prize available on every stake. Read the game information before wagering.

19RTP, RNG and Game Fairness

Casimba states that its slots and computer-generated table games use Random Number Generators to produce their results. The Gambling Commission’s random-outcome standard requires licensed systems to generate acceptably random and unpredictable outcomes and prevents a result from being changed after a wager has been placed.

A game’s return to player, or RTP, is normally shown in its information, rules or help screen. RTP describes the theoretical percentage returned over a very large number of rounds; it cannot predict what one player will receive during a short session. Games can be supplied in more than one RTP configuration, so check the figure inside the selected title.

Casimba does not publish a current independently audited payout percentage for its complete Great Britain casino. Players Time calculated an estimated average theoretical RTP of 95.92% using the displayed game counts and an assumed average RTP for each category.

20Mobile Casino Experience

Casimba’s mobile website keeps the orange safari theme and reorganises the casino for a smaller screen. The main sections-Promotions, Casino, Live Casino and Sports-remained available near the top. A fixed lower bar provided Sign up, Games and Menu controls, while horizontally scrolling categories gave access to popular games, new releases and provider collections.

The page was responsive and the main controls worked well during our browser test. The welcome banner and responsible gambling notice occupied much of the first screen, so we had to scroll to reach a substantial part of the game lobby. Browsing remained manageable, but the opening view felt crowded.

Apple and Android Apps

Casimba also has native listings for Apple and Android devices. During our check, the Apple App Store displayed 4.4/5 from 33 ratings. Google Play showed 2.7/5 from 99 reviews and more than 10,000 downloads. The difference suggests that the experience may vary by platform, though both feedback samples were relatively small.

21Website Usability

Casimba’s desktop header kept the main sections visible throughout our test. The lobby combined game and provider search with shortcuts for categories such as New, Cluster Games and Megaways. Provider and series shortcuts included Pragmatic Play and Big Bass, alongside Octoplay Jackpots, Jackpots and Slot Games. These controls reduced the need to browse long rows of unrelated titles.

The live casino followed the same approach, with search and filters for game type, popularity and provider. Mobile retained the essential navigation instead of hiding every option in one menu. The consistent layout helped us move between slots, live games and jackpots.

Large welcome banners and persistent promotional bars take up substantial space, especially on mobile and in the live casino and jackpot lobbies. Some important offer conditions also appear in small text beneath promotional headlines. The safer gambling policy contains useful detail, but its long text format and limited visual organisation make it harder to scan.

22Responsible Gambling Tools

Casimba provides financial limits and game-time reminders, along with temporary breaks, scheduled access restrictions and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods range from six months to five years. Casimba states that an exclusion may also apply across accounts in the wider White Hat Gaming network, with the longest active period taking priority. 23Customer Fund Protection

Casimba’s Funds Policy states that Great Britain customer balances receive medium protection. White Hat Gaming Limited holds customer money separately from its normal business accounts. It says arrangements are in place to distribute assets held in those customer accounts to players if the operator becomes insolvent.

These additional insolvency arrangements provide more protection than basic segregation alone. Full repayment of every balance is not guaranteed under all circumstances.

24Customer Support

Casimba provides a Help Centre, email support and live chat advertised as available 24/7. Before connecting us, chat requested our name, email address and whether the enquiry concerned the casino or sportsbook. We then reached human adviser Heidi directly, without an automated chatbot.

The conversation lasted approximately 30 minutes, including several pauses while Heidi checked information. She confirmed Great Britain payment methods, the £20 deposit and withdrawal minimums and the internal withdrawal stages. Her answer also covered accepted identity and address documents and normal manual-review times. The detail was useful, though obtaining it took longer than expected.

Source-of-funds document requirements needed input from a specialist team, and Heidi directed us to the published Funds Policy for the formal customer-fund category. We did not identify telephone support. Live chat answered our practical account questions, but specialist matters required separate sources.

25Complaints and ADR

If you dispute a payment, bonus or verification decision, clearly tell Casimba that you are making a formal complaint. The same applies to account restrictions and safer gambling decisions. Explain what you dispute and include relevant dates and amounts. Attach supporting records where available, such as chat transcripts, emails and payment records, plus any relevant bonus terms, verification requests or account messages.

The operator’s current Gambling Commission actions page showed no recorded action when checked in July 2026.
